1968 - First dog, an askal
named "SAMSON" (Nahingi sa kapit-bahay) at aged 8 years old.
1969 - First Purebred dog, an unregistered Toy Poodle from Mrs. Maria Ricio de
Vega
1973 - First Pekingese, came with PCCI litter Ticket but never registered since
the breeder did not inform me that I should.
1976 - First Shih Tzu from Mrs. Teopacio-first encounter with a responsible show
breeder; Finally registered with PCCI and started showing. Met and hooked
up Ms. Penny Cham; acquired PHIL CH ACHILLES JUNE PEANUTS.
1978 - First AKC imported dog that went Best In Show at 6 months old

from LAINEE SHIH TZUS, Elaine Meltzer now a renowned Specialty Shih Tzu judge
- Founding Member of Philippine Shih Tzu Club, Inc.
Showed mostly Toy breeds: Pekingese, Maltese, Toy Poodle, Shih Tzu,
Pomeranian, Lhasa Apso, Miniature Pinscher
1979 - Best Lady Handler in Owner Handling Competition
1980 - 1983
Shifted to big dogs but stopped showing: Dalmatian, French Poodle,
Doberman Pinscher, Dachshund
1984 - 1987
Tried breeding Boxers and German Shepherds
1991 - Showed a Rottweiler a number of times.
1993 - Enjoyed the company of Toy Poodles, Pekingese and bred Chinese Shar-Pei
and Chow Chows
1994 - Back in the show ring with Golden Retrievers, Labrador Retriever, English
Bulldogs, Basset Hound, Neapolitan Mastiff
Bred Chinese Shar-Pei, English Bulldogs, Chow Chows, Boxers, German Shepherds,
Basset Hounds, Golden Retrievers
Imported AKC Registered Chinese Shar-Pei and introduced the breed in the show
ring
December, 1995 - Birth of the Cob Kennels
1996 - Introduced the Belgian Groenendael and the Australian Shepherds in the
show ring
Campaigned for separation of Herding Breeds from the Working Group
Birth of Chinese Shar-Pei Enthusaists, Inc.
1996 - 1997 Cob Kennels, Undefeated Home of Best Baby Puppies In Show
1998 - Featured at Dog News Magazine
1998 - 1999 PCCI Board Director
